Eligibility
Eligibility is defined in the Trust’s membership standards and may include U.S. Armed Forces veterans and qualifying family members. Documentation may be requested to verify eligibility.
Application
According to Trust policy, applications are reviewed for completeness, eligibility, and organizational capacity. Submission does not guarantee membership or program access.
Dues
Membership dues policy
The Trust states that membership dues fund internal operations and member assistance programs as available.
Non-refundable
Membership dues are non-refundable once processed and are not held in escrow.

No fiduciary services
The Trust states that it does not act as a fiduciary, trustee, lender, insurer, or broker.
No public fundraising
The Trust states that it does not conduct public fundraising or solicitation through this site.
