We do not question integrity, and the same restraint is given in return under palpable penalty. We will, however, uphold those who reinforce accountability. Unfortunately, integrity cannot exist without robust accountability. The Trust states that its professional experience has shown that those who would operate without integrity are often of such a constitution that the very prospect of accountability sends said bad actors into denial, deflection, delay, obfuscation, and withdrawal i.e. the common retreat behaviors. Operational note: “Integrity does not retreat. Only those without it do.”-Unknown
